  We rarely go to Target. Normally, we are very satisfied, but this last trip was a total disappointment. In the past we went there because we carry Consumer Cellular and we got excellent service. This time the phone guru wasn't there, and the woman who was attempting to fill in didn't know what she was talking about. Fortunately, I checked the Internet rather than taking her word. We would have been better served, if she would have simply said, "Sorry, the regular rep isn't here today, please try tomorrow".
