  In store staff is always a pleasure, but a word of warning on their website for my fellow students; do not ever rent your textbooks from Barnes and Nobel. Their system is glitchy and when you do have an issue they refuse to deal with it over the phone then charge you late fees for payments that you already made. Stick with Amazon, at least their customer service reps help if there's a problem.
