  I had to follow the exterminator around and watch him spray the entire house. He wasn't spraying everything at first therefore I followed him around and made sure he did his job properly. I only wanted the services what my contract said I would get.
  Which was: the exterminator would spray ALL THE BASEBOARDS.
  
  Long story short. They cancelled our contract because Lisa said the exterminator used too much spray on our house and he was there too long.
  
  If you hire them. I would suggest following them around to make sure your getting what you pay for. It's also difficult to get someone on the phone. They call back days-week later. It's really weird.
