  First, the sales associate, Hollie, was excellent. She patiently showed us several items until we found the one we wanted. Be careful, however, of Art Van's promotions. They state clearly that you could choose either 20 months interest free or 25 percent off. What the fine print supposedly said, however, was that if you selected the 25 percent off, you could not use your Art Van credit. Why they did this since it would allow them to recoup a portion of the discount back I don't know, but it agravated our purchase and the way the manager came and dealt with it left a bad taste in our mouth. If not for Hollie, I would have cancelled the whole sale and walked.

  I went to the Portage location where the store manager from Battle Creek was there helping out -great customer service! Although I came to look at a specific table that wasn’t there it was still a great experience. We purchased it anyway that day. My husband set it up and I couldn’t be happier with it! Solid wood, great quality, awesome price. If You’re looking for a new dining room table I would recommend La Cart 5 piece dining set. It’s the perfect farm style table!
